I have just started to read Steve Redgrave's Enduring Success. It gives an analysis of success to help business readers understand how long-term success is achieved.

Steve Redgrave during his sporting career, learned to face the challenges of redefining goals, learning new skills, fighting off renewed competition, making difficult choices and staying motivated. I am looking forward to hearing what he has to say.

Just thought to come by and see what's new here, as it's been ages since I visited.

I have just finished reading The One Minute Sales Person and found it refreshing to read a book that was concise to the point and did not waffle.

I definitely recommend this book to both experienced and new executives entering the work place. It will solidify your thinking and help you make decisions that are calculated and relevant.
