I didn't enjoy this book because I wasn't able to keep up with the different short stories. If you are into short stories though, this book is definitely for you! Some of the stories are very interesting, including Escape from Spiderhead, which was... more

I love short stories, I think they take an enormous amount of talent to pull off. Like you I am a new-comer to George Saunders talent and like you I am going to look for more of his books. I would also recommend checking this collection: Suddenly, a Knock on the Door by Etgar Keret as well as this Australian collection: The Pepsi Bears and Other Short Stories by Anson Cameron (the title story is a real 'hoot')
