Description

Eric is the new kid in seventh grade. Griffin wants to be his friend. When you're new in town, it's hard to know who to hang out with--and who to avoid. Griffin seems cool, confident, and popular.

But something isn't right about Griffin. He always seems to be in the middle of bad things. And if Griffin doesn't like you, you'd better watch your back. There might be a target on it.

As Eric gets drawn deeper into Griffin's dark world, he begins to see the truth about Griffin: he's a liar, a bully, a thief. Eric wants to break away, do the right thing. But in one shocking moment, he goes from being a bystander . . . to the bully's next victim.

Hello, it is jasonyut. i was wondering- can you actually read books for free here?

Hi Kellie0765 The original answer was posted quite a while ago, our navigation bar has changed since. You will find the free sample chapters under Preview Books tab.

I may be blonde, but where the heck is the doscover books tab...?

Unfortunately you can not read all books for free on our site, however we do have a lot of free material to read and there a few different ways to find it. First you can look on the title profile page: if there is a Google preview sign click on this link which will take you to Google books page where you can read free parts of the book. You can also often find another button on the title page: this one says read free sample chapter, clicking on that will take you to a PDF file which has a free chapter authorized either by author or publisher. Finally you can also go under Discover books tab and follow the link to read books on line. This will take you to a list of titles that either have a complete book or sample chapter available for you to read. Happy reading!
