Dave Pelzer

Beautifully written books! Although I've not suffered the same evils with abuse in my home growing up I can identify with Mr. Pelzer through other forms of abuse during teen years into my 40's. Mr. Pelzer's words are heartwrenching and inspiring and reminded me that I am not alone and not the only person to rise above it all. Love these Books!

THis author is one of the most bravest young child ive ever heard of, i thought i grew up in an abusive home, i went through alot of similar punishmeant growing up and all i wanted was the respect of a step mother who treated me and called me " Cinderella" and she was the Wicked step mother! Every time my dad left shed get her laughs off hurting me and putting me through pain of knowing she hated me and didnt want nothing to do with me! I Love His Work! I cried everytime ive read this book! This book made me realize as hard and as bad as i though i had it he gave me the strength to realize i wont alwayz be in her home and i dont feel sorry for my self Everything she put me through will some day make me stronger! WHat dont kill you will only make you stronger and im proud that nomatter how hard she tried to break him he alwayz Had the strength to close his eyes and and know no matter how haard she tried he kept his hopes up to get out to a better place! As did i I am very inspired by him!!

This book sucks!!! I would never read it in a million years again!! I would suggest that you not read it because you will go crazy and kill a ton of people!!!!
