Description

Jason has a problem. He doesn’t remember anything before waking up on a school bus holding hands with a girl. Apparently she’s his girlfriend Piper, his best friend is a kid named Leo, and they’re all students in the Wilderness School, a boarding school for “bad kids.” What he did to end up here, Jason has no idea—except that everything seems very wrong.

Piper has a secret. Her father has been missing for three days, and her vivid nightmares reveal that he’s in terrible danger. Now her boyfriend doesn’t recognize her, and when a freak storm and strange creatures attack during a school field trip, she, Jason, and Leo are whisked away to someplace called Camp Half-Blood. What is going on?

Leo has a way with tools. His new cabin at Camp Half-Blood is filled with them. Seriously, the place beats Wilderness School hands down, with its weapons training, monsters, and fine-looking girls. What’s troubling is the curse everyone keeps talking about, and that a camper’s gone missing. Weirdest of all, his bunkmates insist they are all—including Leo—related to a god.

I read the lost hero last year and I can't wait for the second 1 2 come out!!!! The son of neptune! The lost hero was an awesome book! Rick Riordan is an awesome writer. I love all his books!

i really enjoed this book, it had adventure, action and a bit of romance. one of the things i really liked about this book is that the author wrote it with having 3 different people tell the story, insteed of having only 1 person like then percy jackson series. another thing i like about the books was that there was always something unexpected. when i was reading i would thing "ok, i know whats gonna happen next" but when i read futher i find something completely different, more exciting then i thought

i love this book. it's all about mystery, plus it joins the characters of the percy jackson and the olympian series with new characters, to make a better, more thrilling adventure. i'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series, THE SON OF NEPTUNE. i can't wait.

I wasn't too sure of how this was going to turn out. I hate when authors drag on and on with stories that were dead two books ago. BUT I thought this was an awesome continuation. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the ending, although slightly revealing, left me wanting to read the next book. I can't wait til it's released. If you're a Percy Jackson fan, you won't be disappointed!
