Jason has a problem. He doesn’t remember anything before waking up on a school bus holding hands with a girl. Apparently she’s his girlfriend Piper, his best friend is a kid named Leo, and they’re all students in the Wilderness School, a boarding school for “bad kids.” What he did to end up here, Jason has no idea—except that everything seems very wrong.

Piper has a secret. Her father has been missing for three days, and her vivid nightmares reveal that he’s in terrible danger. Now her boyfriend doesn’t recognize her, and when a freak storm and strange creatures attack during a school field trip, she, Jason, and Leo are whisked away to someplace called Camp Half-Blood. What is going on?

Leo has a way with tools. His new cabin at Camp Half-Blood is filled with them. Seriously, the place beats Wilderness School hands down, with its weapons training, monsters, and fine-looking girls. What’s troubling is the curse everyone keeps talking about, and that a camper’s gone missing. Weirdest of all, his bunkmates insist they are all—including Leo—related to a god.

ive read this book before its epic im not gonna spoil it but it will always leave you to be wanting to read one day i acted like iu was sick so i didnt go to school and i read all day....this book is amazin

i really enjoed this book, it had adventure, action and a bit of romance. one of the things i really liked about this book is that the author wrote it with having 3 different people tell the story, insteed of having only 1 person like then percy jackson series. another thing i like about the books was that there was always something unexpected. when i was reading i would thing "ok, i know whats gonna happen next" but when i read futher i find something completely different, more exciting then i thought

Really great book. I enjoyed it. It had a lot of action and loved how Rick Riordan shows what everyone is going through and what they think.

This book is so good! The pace with this book is perfect and Rick makes you feel like your IN the book! Your right in the middle of a personal conversation or a dangerous battle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I LOVE RICK! UR AWESOME

Best book he's written so far. LOVED it. I fell bad for Percy poor him.

I read the lost hero last year and I can't wait for the second 1 2 come out!!!! The son of neptune! The lost hero was an awesome book! Rick Riordan is an awesome writer. I love all his books!

i love this book. it's all about mystery, plus it joins the characters of the percy jackson and the olympian series with new characters, to make a better, more thrilling adventure. i'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series, THE SON OF NEPTUNE. i can't wait.

I wasn't too sure of how this was going to turn out. I hate when authors drag on and on with stories that were dead two books ago. BUT I thought this was an awesome continuation. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the ending, although slightly revealing, left me wanting to read the next book. I can't wait til it's released. If you're a Percy Jackson fan, you won't be disappointed!
