Dr Louise Kelly

Louise Kelly, PhD, is an award-winning strategy professor at the Alliant School of Management who specializes in strategic leadership and women entrepreneurship. She has written over 70 research articles and five books, including: Strategic Management A-Z; Dictionary of Strategy; An Existential Systems Approach to Managing Organizations; Women Entrepreneurs: New Management; and Leadership Models (Volumes 1 and 2). Jay M. Finkelman, PhD, ABPP, MBA, is an industrial and forensic psychologist, licensed in California and New York, and National Vice President for Academic Affairs & Chief Academic Officer of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He has served as a senior manager, consultant, and expert witness in employment, staffing, and human resources management for over 2 decades. He has testified at trial as an expert in employment practices almost 50 times. He has authored over 100 publications and served as station manager for Channel 2 Television in San Francisco and as vice president for marketing for Walt Disney Company's television operations.
