I am currently on chapter 20 in this book, and I feel like it's just now getting pretty exciting. It seems like when it talks about vampires it's more exciting. When it talks about werewolves, it's not as exciting. I definitely liked the first book better, but I know that the next two books are going to be interesting.

Yes, there is a way. You go to your book shelf and click on the book you want to read. It will tell you if there is a preview of the book, if so you will only read a portion of every chapter in the book. But remember, not all books have a preview.

This book has a lot more action. I like how the romance between Edward and Bella is slowly getting showed more. I love how she throws in Jacob and his love for Bella. Bella doesn't know what to think of Jacob! Sound like every teenagers life! LOL! :)

what's going people i just started reading all the twlight book's and there really good i use to think that the book were carzy but when i read it i love the way they were close my ex grilfriend love the story her name is antonia and she just love them.

i have hust read new moon, and i have to i love these books i'm going to be sad wheni finish them, i'm now reading eclipse, stephenie meyer is a great writter. if any one hasnt read them i really recommend you read them.

I have read all of Stephenie Myers Twillight Saga's and am rereading them they are wonderful , It makes U believe ., I hope she has writes alot more like them.

This is my least favourite book in the series, although it has actually grown on me since the first time I read it and quite disliked it. And I don’t dislike Jacob as much as I used to, although Bella’s whole thing with him still irritates me no end

You're right Lietzel. MOST movies from books are hardly as good as the books. You may not ever read the books and thats fine Tayubi...BUT... again, you are basing YOUR OPINION on movies that aren't nearly as good as the books. Again, what YOU find to be "epic" someone else may find a total bore. We all have a right to our opinions thats true. The person who thinks this book was an "epic romance"...that is THEIR OPINION...I totally enjoyed the book myself. ...As I see you, Tayubi, speak of the Jurassic Park book...Well, many people hated the movie, and definitely wouldn't read the book either but that is THEIR OPINION...just as YOU have YOUR OPINION of it..so, with all that said, I do believe I am TOTALLY DONE...I now have a headache and still have a ton of things to do..lol.. :-)

When I read this a second time I enjoyed it more; at first I was frustrated by Bella's feelings about Edward leaving but on reading it a second time, appreciated that it was the key to Jacob's intensifying feelings. Jacob's character is drawn well and Taylor Lautner portrays this brilliantly on screen. Reading about Jacob's journey and ultimate heartache and then later, seeing it on screen, made the story more vivid. Definitely a good read and it captures the feeling of unrequited love/let's just be friends perfectly.

New Moon was a disappointment. The whole book was just about how much Bella wanted Edward back. Two stars is my limit for this book. But I'm deffinitely on team Jacob for this one because he doesn't sparkle like a pixie. :P

I enjoyed this book but I didnt like the fact that Edward wasnt in it so much as he was in twilight but the storyline of Jacob becoming a werewolf was interesting but not as exciting as it appeared to be in the film. However it is still much better than the film as a whole.

I read it before I watched it and it was kinda frustrating cos they had cut out LOADS from the actaul story, however you cant have a movie to long.

I couldn't get through part one in this series, so I've decided not to give part two a try. Since it is a bookcrossing book, I'll release it through BC one way or the other an I hope that it'll find a good new home.
