Nick Evans

Nick Evans, MD is a bodybuilder and fitness model as well as a regular magazine columnist. He writes a monthly "Ask the Doctor" column for MuscleMag International and has also written for American Health & Fitness, IronMan and Exercise & Health. He is a national spokesman for Muscle Tech, a major sports nutrition company. Evans, an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Sports Physician, is a highly regarded authority on strength training, nutrition and weight training injuries. He has fostered research in sports injury and performance enhancing aids, and has written many scientific publications.
