This book is #4 in Ms. Showalter's the Lords if the Underworld series. In spite of the fact this book was 4th in the series it can be read as a stand along book and you not get lost. (As you can see I am again reading a series out of order but as I get some of my books from the library I have no control over this situation.) Overall, I feel that Ms. Showalter has created an interesting series in which each lord, an immortal, is bound body and soul to a demon released from Pandora's box. Not o... more

If I found myself at the Mad Hatter's Tea Party I would recommend reading The Darkest Whisper by Gena Showalter because everyone needs a little evil romance in their life.
