The Secret Garden

always enjoy this book in every detail!

Indeed,this book is simply delightful. I own this book and read it when I was only seven. I am nine now and can only remember bits of it, though. I think everybody should read this timeless classic of Mary, Dickon, Colin, and a garden that just needs a little love and hope to turn it into something truly beautiful.

This was is a book I've read multiple times as a child as well as saw almost every movie that was adapted from it. It's an amazing read which is surprisingly mature for a children's book. I think that's because as with every children's book from this time period as with Alice And Wonderland, the writer doesn't act as if a child can't understand and process complex situations such as death, illness and war.

I <3 this book!!!! Frances H. Burnett is one of the greatest authors of all time. Ialso saw the movie. It was OK but not as good as the book.

Even though this is considered a children's book, it's a great story for adults too. I've always loved re-reading it.

I so loved this story as a child. I have a feeling I would hate it now. I'm not so sentimental now!
