Happy Birthday to William Faulkner!
September 25th, marks 115th anniversary of the birth of a giant of American and world literature: William Faulkner. He was born and grew up in Mississippi. During his life he wrote: novels, short stories, a play, poetry, essays and screenplays. Many of his best loved works were set in the fictional Yoknapatawpha County. He received the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1949 and till today his acceptance speech is considered one of the best ever. Do you have a favorite book by this author?
